All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Order cancellations are permitted prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Orders cancelled at any time are subject to a 5% restocking and processing fee, deducted from any refund due.
If the order is cancelled within 20 business days of the scheduled shipment date, an additional 5% of the full order value will be withheld (total 10%). The remaining balance will be refunded within 90 days of cancellation to allow for material reconciliation, scheduling updates, and refund processing.
Cancellations are not permitted for custom orders, defined as changes to structural design, size, or non-standard component substitutions. In practice, this means that the production deposit for a custom order will be forfeited upon cancellation. Growing Spaces will not enforce delivery for unpaid custom orders.
When using Affirm:
Our normal change/cancellation rules apply. If you cancel an Affirm-financed order, any eligible refund of amounts already captured will be routed back to Affirm; Affirm will adjust your loan per its terms. If you change your order (options, pricing, add/remove items), we will:

Growing Spaces will choose the shipping method and schedule based on cost and timing, with typical lead times of 4–8 weeks depending on the season. You’ll be notified when your order has a production and ship date, and you’ll receive tracking once it leaves our facility. We ask carriers to provide a 24-hour call-ahead to schedule delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your order is picked up, risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier. While we don’t insure shipments, we’ll help you work with the carrier and support you in filing damage claims. Any damage must be reported at delivery, noted on the freight paperwork, and documented with photos.
Orders may ship up to five business days before the planned ship date, and any changes or postponements may incur fees. Growing Dome® kits ship in large, heavy crates via full-size tractor-trailer or large box truck. It is your responsibility to ensure your location can safely accommodate these vehicles, including enough space, height, width, turning radius, and suitable road conditions. If you need special arrangements (such as smaller trucks, liftgate, forklift, or offloading help), you must notify us before shipment; any extra charges or redelivery due to access issues are your responsibility. Financing does not change lead times, shipping coordination, risk transfer, or your responsibility to inspect and report any damage.
